Product Support Engineer Intern
Agilent Technologies Australia (M) Pty Ltd.I am in the IT role of the Department of Product Support. I use Delphi to improve the Diagnostics software and make the application more reliable and useful. I bring in 2 major functions and 16 small functions that are forced on one-button execution. One of the major updates is Dynamic change energy for the detectors which helps junior engineers much easier to operate the instrument and troubleshoot the problem. Another major update is to focus on shrinking the workforce from 2 weeks to 15 minutes.
At the same time, I finished a fully new WEB APP to help field engineers can much easier and quickly identify the problems and give some repair supports.

During his tenure, Liu Zheng participated in the product development and debugging of the space platform Ethernet transmission technology based on the FPGA platform. He used the JAVA language as the basic language to write the 255 modulo arithmetic verification program, and used the C language to carry out the existing project Functional improvements and additions.
